What counts as a task

One task is one action step that completes successfully inside a run. Triggers, filter steps, and steps that fail aren't counted against your quota — you're only billed for work that actually happened.

How billing works

Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions billed automatically through PayPal, not a one-time purchase you have to repeat. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from the Billing page in your dashboard. Canceling takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep whatever plan you're on until then, and nothing you've built is deleted by downgrading.

Going over your limit

• Active robot limit — you can't put another robot to work past your plan's limit until you upgrade or send one to rest. Robots already at work keep running as normal.
• Task limit — you get an email at 80% and again at 100% of your monthly quota. Execution keeps working with a small grace margin above 100%, then pauses until the next billing period or an upgrade. Nothing you've built is deleted for going over.

Past-due or canceled subscriptions

If a subscription lapses, robots at work are automatically sent to rest rather than deleted — put them back to work once billing is sorted out and everything picks back up.
