Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Gate97 (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing on that organization's behalf and confirming you have authority to do so.

1. The Service

Gate97 lets you connect third-party applications and build automated workflows between them. The Service acts as an intermediary: it stores encrypted credentials you provide for third-party accounts you connect, and uses them, on your instruction, to read from and write to those accounts as configured in your workflows. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or behavior of any third-party service you connect.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any law or the terms of service of any connected third-party application;
  • Transmit malware, spam, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
  • Exceed reasonable request volume in a way that degrades the Service for others.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (PayPal). Plan limits (workflows, monthly tasks, connections) are described on our pricing page and enforced automatically. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Your data and content

You retain ownership of the data you connect to or run through the Service. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service (e.g., executing your workflows, storing run history). See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or to comply with law. Upon termination, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any connected third-party integration will function without interruption.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gate97 and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
